The Northern Super League crowns its champion through a postseason that follows the regular-season schedule. The top four teams qualify; the regular-season leader hosts the lowest-seeded qualifier in a two-legged semifinal, while the second-seed faces the third. Both semifinal ties are played over home and away legs. The final is a single match, hosted by the higher-seeded surviving team.
